Where do I leave from?

Not all cruises will leave from the same location. Please check your confirmation for boarding details. If you have been our guest before, please don’t assume that you will be boarding at the same location every time.

When does boarding commence?

Boarding for all cruises commences 15 minutes before departure. We recommend you are here at least 15 minutes prior to this to ensure that you are ready to board and to confirm and ticket arrangements. All vessels leave at the advertised time. If you are late the vessel can not wait for you. This would not be fair for the remaining guests.

When do I have to pay?

Generally, bookings need to be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept – AMEX, VISA and MasterCard, and please be advised the following surcharges apply: MasterCard & Visa 1.5%, American Express 3.0%. No surcharge applies for cash of EFTPOS.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual is the expected dress code. As you are on a moving vessel, we recommend enclosed shoes. For dinner cruises, we recommend collared/polo shirts and long pants or dress jeans. No thongs, singlets or work boots please.

What is the best parking for departure?

For departures using King St Wharf parking is available in Kent St within a 5 minute walk from King St Wharf. For any other functions using alternative wharfs it is best to ask our friendly staff for suggestions.

What are your credit card charges?

The following surcharges for credit card payments will apply: MasterCard & Visa 1.5% & American Express 2.0%.
No surcharge applies for cash of EFTPOS cheque/savings payments.

What are the seating arrangements?

Our tables accommodate six or eight people per table. Please ask when booking.

Is there access to WIFI on board?

No there is no WIFI on board.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, due to the configuration of our vessel the toilet is located downstairs with insufficient clearance for wheelchair access.

Do your boats still operate in bad weather?

Should the weather be extreme and we are unable to run safely, we will advise passengers with as much notice as possible, and offer to transfer to a different date or a refund as applicable. To avoid any inconvenience to your plans, please ensure that you give us your best contact details, so that we can contact you at short notice.

Do you offer group pricing?

On majority of our cruises we do offer a group rate for groups 6+ please enquire about this when making your booking with us.

Do you have toilets on the vessel?

Yes, all of our vessels have male and female toilets on them.

Can I smoke on your vessel?

Due to passenger comfort smoking is only permitted within the designated smoking area. Please ask one of our crew members.

Can I have a window seat?

Please make any special seating requests when booking. Whilst we cannot guarantee your request we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Are drinks included in our package?

Unless specified no. However, we can include a drinks package for you please ask our staff when booking your ticket. Alternatively, we have a fully stocked bar including popular spirits on our vessel and you can purchase drink whilst on the cruise.
In accordance with Responsible Service, all spirits will be served with a mixer.

Can I BYO or purchase drink on the cruise?

There is strictly no BYO. Our vessels, do not allow BYO as they are all fully licensed. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on board all vessels, for consumption while enjoying the cruise.
No drinks are allowed to be taken off the vessel and all drinks must be consumed prior to disembarking vessels.

Can I get a table for two?

Due to the fixed seating configuration on board our vessel, individual tables of two cannot be guaranteed.
